We take about 5-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 3-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is: 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311. You must first notified us via email of your claim at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then instruct you of the return procedure. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer – Again, YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST, before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size exchanges.
